Do Not go Gently by Elizabeth Ashworth 2016

"In Butoh they say that we absorb all our life experiences through the body,

And that this experience gradually flows away leaving you receptive to the new.

Thats how I feel when I walk up the track to my cottage.

It's life affirming, a walking meditation of movement and change

I like being on the brink between the moment when the present

Becomes the past, moving towards the future"

Llawn03 Day 2 Day-"Glow Bus Tour" Reviewed by Steve Stratford

Dymphna is a force of nature, resembling Dot Cotton's long lost gypsy sister,

and tumbled and leapt upon passengers as the bus trundled around the town.

When Divina started to talk about the plot of an opera in which somebody stabs their lover,

it was me who got the pretend knife in the shoulders -

and Dymphna has a heck of a swing on her!

But if I wake up tomorrow with intense bruising, it'll have been worth it!
